DAY ONE – SUNDAY
La Paz & Bahia Balandra
Swim, kayak, or snorkel in the picturesque bay and enjoy the pristine white beaches all to yourself
We’ll meet you at San Jose del Cabo Airport and bring you to La Paz for our early afternoon embarkation. After touring your stateroom, you’ll get an introduction to the ship and a safety briefing, and we’ll be ready to cruise to Bahia Balandra, a picturesque azure bay surrounded by several pristine beaches. After a pre-sunset swim, kayak, or snorkel, you’ll enjoy your first of many sunsets before sitting down to the first of numerous incredible dinners.

DAY TWO – MONDAY
Ensenada Candelero & Isla Espiritu Santo
Swim with the whale sharks and hike the natural springs
“Their accommodations, friendly staff, great food and all the thought that went into having every fun activity on board added to even more fun!” - Scott B.
Waking up at Bahia Balandra, after breakfast, you’ll depart to swim alongside whale sharks with crew and naturalists. Swimming next to these newly endangered, gentle, and massive fish is a weekly highlight and, for many, a true bucket list activity. Returning to the ship for lunch, we’ll make our way to Ensenada Candelero. With fantastic snorkeling, and a hike up to the only natural spring on Isla Espiritu Santo, take in the views of the Sea of Cortez, amazing rock formations on the island, and keep your eyes peeled for the elusive and endemic black jackrabbits who inhabit the island. Relax in the jacuzzi after dinner and take in the stars with a craft margarita before resting for the next day.

Experiences crafted for you
DAY THREE – Tuesday
Island Hopping
Spend the day game fishing and island hopping at sunset
Waking up in Ensenada Candelero, you’ll be able to take advantage of the activities you weren’t able to fit in the day before. Take a skiff out fishing, looking for local game fish to have prepared for dinner (fish tacos, anyone?), or continue relaxing on a secluded beach, sipping on an ice-cold beer under the hot midday sun. In the evening, we’ll make our way to the remote island of Isla San Francisquito, the locale for tomorrow’s incredible day.

DAY FOUR – Wednesday
Isla San Francisquito
Enjoy scenic mountain hiking and afternoon snorkeling
Isla San Francisquito offers a hike that is a crew favorite, up a mountain and across the ridge, taking in some of the most scenic views of the trip. The hook shaped bay has some of the most beautiful waters you’ll see during the week, a great opportunity for sport fishing and incredible snorkeling. In the afternoon, enjoy appetizers on the beach, craft cocktails, and a bonfire before returning to the boat for dinner. After dinner we’ll make the short trip to Isla San Jose.

DAY FIVE – Thursday
Isla San Jose & San Evaristo
Kayak the secluded lagoon and explore an isolated local fishing village
Waking up at Isla San Jose, you’ll prepare for a kayak trip through the lagoon and amongst the mangroves. Not only is Isla San Jose one of the most secluded places you’ll visit during the week, it’s one of the most unique due to the mangrove covered shoreline. For non-kayakers, hop in a skiff and fish for local snook, or put on a mask and fins and snorkel in search of the seahorses known to inhabit mangroves. During lunch, we’ll move to San Evaristo to explore the local fishing village. You’ll get a feel for local culture, see the catch of the day, and maybe even enjoy a beer with the locals who are separated from society by the Sea of Cortez. After dinner, we’ll make our way to Ensenada Grande, getting a good night’s sleep in a calm anchorage.

DAY SIX – FRIDAY
Ensenada Grande
Choose your adventure – it’s all about you
Your last full day presents adventure galore. After breakfast, your ability to “choose your own adventure” offers another new activity: swimming with sea lions. With the whole day at your disposal, you can also take a kayak out exploring, snorkel amongst shoals and reefs, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun with your fellow travelers. You’ll end the night sharing a cocktail with the crew, enjoying a slideshow of photos from the week, and reminiscing about every incredible detail of your week.

The possibilities—and the choices—are yours
DAY SEVEN -Saturday
La Paz
Disembark to the historic city or transfer to the airport
As the anchor is weighed the next morning, you’ll disembark and transit back to the historic city of La Paz. Say your goodbyes to the crew and with your bags taken to the shuttle for your transfer back to San Jose del Cabo Airport, make your way back home wishing you were still on the Pacific Provider with Offshore Outpost.
